Christmas Parcels

On Sunday of last week members of the Woolmer Forest Lions Club gathered to distribute 65 parcels containing food and Christmas presents to people and families in Bordon and the surrounding area. The empty bags had been distributed to houses in Bordon and Whitehill and householders asked to donate food items or gifts for distribution in the local area. The bags were collected the following weekend and have now been passed onto other local people.

Club President Tony Vaus said he was delighted that the Lions could pass on Xmas cheer to families in the local area and that the club would like to thank the people of Bordon and its neighbours for their tremendous generoristy and support. These parcels will help make Xmas special and he wished all our supporters a very Merry Xmas
